1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to fabji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and fabji ("fabji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the fabji website located at https://fabji.net and all associated services, features, content, and products offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the fabji website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of our Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the fabji Service and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules that govern particular games, tournaments, or promotional offers on fabji. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for the relevant activity, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

fabji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately and any winnings or balance held will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of fabji services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must notify fabji promptly of any changes to this information. fabji is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep registration details up to date.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fabji operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy in accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at fabji's discretion:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from fabji may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. fabji will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the fabji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fabji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available and subject to additional verification)

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods unless otherwise specified on the cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your fabji wallet instantly. fabji does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fabji accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be receiving third-party deposits may be suspended and the deposited funds returned to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. fabji aims to process verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements linked to active bonuses. You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

fabji operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your wallet balance is always displayed in BDT. fabji does not perform currency conversion and does not charge foreign exchange fees. If your payment provider applies any currency conversion, that is solely the provider's action and fabji bears no responsibility for any exchange rate differences.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in casino games on the fabji platform, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing all gaming activity:

5.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on fabji are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and market. Pre-match bets are accepted until the official start time of the event. In-play (live) bets are accepted at fabji's discretion and may be suspended at any time. fabji reserves the right to void any bet placed after the start of an event where fabji determines the bet was accepted due to a system error or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of placement.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, fabji will rely on official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches, and FIFA for football. The decision of fabji's trading team, guided by these official sources, is final.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games offered on the fabji platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Netent, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, through a professionally operated live studio environment. The applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective provider and available on the provider's official website.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game round error, or network disconnection during a casino game session, fabji's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where no valid outcome can be determined, the affected game round will be voided and any staked amount will be returned to your wallet. fabji accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on your side.

5.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products on fabji. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game, event, and account tier. fabji reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in response to identified patterns of play or risk management requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fabji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or use bonus funds.
• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household address, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.

fabji periodically offers promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season bonuses, Eid free bets, Pohela Boishakh cashback offers, and enhanced odds for ICC tournaments and matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms and are available to eligible players for a limited time. fabji makes no guarantee regarding the availability, frequency, or value of seasonal promotions in future periods.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fabji platform. fabji reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be engaging in any of the following activities, and to forfeit any associated balances where such conduct is confirmed:

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of the outcome of a sporting event, or any involvement in the fixing or manipulation of any sporting event or casino game.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits; initiating chargebacks in bad faith; laundering funds through the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an advantage in any game or market.
• Impersonation: Registering an account or taking any action on the platform under a false identity, or impersonating any other individual.
• Underage access: Attempting to access or use the Service while under the age of 18, or assisting any underage individual to access the Service.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

fabji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which fabji may take such action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity
• Suspicion of problem gambling or receipt of a self-exclusion request
• Identification of the account holder as a minor
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring account closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the user, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user breach (for example, inactivity), any verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method following identity verification. Dormant account fees may apply after 12 months of inactivity as specified in applicable fee schedules.

8.1 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may request voluntary closure of your fabji account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the live chat service. fabji also provides self-exclusion tools that allow you to exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and are irreversible for their stated duration. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fabji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond fabji's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any content, odds, statistics, or information provided on the platform

fabji's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where such liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fabji's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fabji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fabji will notify registered users by posting a prominent notice on the website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the fabji Service after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 above.
